i got offered a srt10 hood and cold air kit from a 03 ram. i would like to know what would
i might need to put it on my 4.7? if it will not fit is there a ram air kit for my engine that will work with the hood?

The intake is different for a 5.7 and 4.7.

 

Paxmaster it depends on what type of intake it is if you will be able to make it fit your 4.7. For example I have a Spectre cold air intake which is made for a 5.7 on my 3.7 and all I had to do was get a different coupler to make it work. I would try to get a pic or find out what part # and brand the intake is so you can be sure it will fit.

 

well i was on the k&n website. they don't have a ram air kit that matches with the scope on the hood.
