I think that the 4.11's are going to be the best for me as well. I wish I had them in today. I was at a light stopped and the light turned there was a Dodge coming up on my left and I wanted to try my new upgrades so I punched it. It hook up and ran wide open. I was able to keep him right beside the whole time. I was thinking wow he was rolling and I was at a dead stop and I am keeping up with him. Then my lane ended so I had to back off and he went by. It was a Cummings! I was shocked I bet he was thinking crap I can't beleive I can't blow this guy away. Anyway just fuel to my fire to get those gears.

Sorry guys, I'm away and my access is limited.
With mostly in town driving, I'd kinda consider the 4.56s even though the tire size is stock. You really can't go wrong either way, and both would be a big performance advantage over your stock 3.55s. My reasoning is that you'll not get much of a noticeable mpg difference between the 4.11s and 4.56s, but the performance difference would be able to be felt...

Sounds like someone is on Vacation! enjoy. I knew you would lean towards the 4.56's. I've been thinking about it all weekend and the only thing I keep going back to is the plan now is not to lift but what if I change my mind? I am going to have to make a decision and just do it. Thanks for the input.

I have the stock 20in tires/rims and went from 3.92 to 4.56 gears, and it definitely made a big difference. As far as daily driving, it’s not bad. But when I want to go fast, all I have to do is floor it and I leave in a cloud of tire smoke. Also, when my truck is in 5th gear, it will actually accelerate when I hit the gas, whereas before with the 3.92’s, I would hit the gas and nothing would happen, and would have to floor it to get it to downshift. And as for gas mileage, for me, is about the same; my driving is probably 60/40, city/hwy. But I don’t know how the 3.55 gears are, although going from 3.55 to 4.11 would probably be about the same as going from 3.92 to 4.56.

The CTD didn't know you were racing him. No offense but he was probably idling down the road. Aint know way a 5.9 gasser is beatin a CTD when they can blow away a Hemi!!!

I agree, It just made me feel good. I guess he was on a charity run. As for the hemi, I am just waiting to try one. As soon as I get a chance I'll let you know. As for the gears the truck had to go into the shop today because the speedometer stopped working so gears might have to wait. Maybe racing the cummings killed my speedo.
