how did you run the wire, specifically if you have a qc sb, and where did you put the switch. also, i have no idea where the power line needs to go to power it. and input is appreciated.

The y pipe of the cutout goes before the muffler and after the cats (if you have them). I ran my wire up the pass side frame and through the body. Right where the pass door and fender meet there was a rubber plug. You have to pull the pass kick panel to get to it or see it from that side. But I used a coat hanger and went from the outside through it and pulled my wire with it. The switch I am still working on mounting but will go in the center bezel where the lower pocket is under the AC controls. There is no break in period. And yes, I love mine.

[EDIT] And in case you are going to ask about how to wire it up. I did black to ground and red got spliced into my cig lighter.

I have a qc short bed. I put the switch in the hole where the cigar lighter used to be. Then I used the wires that were already there for the lighter to power my cutout. After I got that wired up I ran the wiring behind the dash, through the firewall and down the frame until I got to the cutout.

I put mine here. I thought about getting another heated seat switch, or a power wagon swaybar switch, but just used the one that came w/ the QTP.

Sounds like Im gonna be having a fun weekend hooking mine up. Mine will be here tomorrow and will be installed on Sunday. Let me know how you end up wiring it up, so I can have somewhat of an idea as to how to do mine between now and then.

The wiring is very straight forward, you should be able to get it wired up no problem.
