just put a snorkel on it.


but you could reroute the A/C to blow into the intake!!!! that would be an awsome mod hahahaha

I second what dirtydog said. It would be really loud in the cab, and the engine would draw in all the air and make you hypoxic! If you left the windows open, it would draw in way more air than the A/C could cool.

Im sketching up designs on how to best adapt a snorkel to my 1500 right now... Im just trying to figure out the best way to have it attached on the outside of the truck... that right there is my only flaw... ill find a way to get my sketches online... i dont have a scanner and my camera isnt picking up the lines...

If you go putting on a snorkle our re routing to much you end up creating restriction, and thats the whole purpose of adding a c.a.i in the first place. the bend in the pipe and such would leave you right where you started, if not worse, if anything i would get a cowl hood, or cut your own open and put the filter right in the opening to suck in the cool air as you drive. but then again you would have to get fancy for driving in the rain.
