4x4 Vibration

Problem Solved!!! Well, at least mine was.
I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, 4.7. I was having similar problems to everyone on this board. I was having a hard time finding the cause mainly because there wasn't a "locking" hub as they are always locked in, The CV's were in fine shape, the U Joint was impeccable, Driveshaft weights were intact and while the truck was engaged in 4x4 there wasn't any irregular vibration coming through the Tcase engage ****. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it was getting the death wobble in 4x4 at about 45 MPH +. With all the factors listed above the only thing I could determine was the problem was the TCase... but wait... I was long overdue for a tire rotate and balance. I took my rig into the shop after fixing a slow leak in my right rear tire, balancing the rims, and inflating the tires to the same PSI, problem solved. Moral of the story = it's not always the expensive part that'll get you going. Good luck folks.
