Romeo said his was made from fiberglass. Im thinking about making my own from fiberglass, but I wouldnt know where to start with it. I have never worked with fiberglass. I know people who have for sub boxes, but thats it. I also thought about buying a set for an 07, then trimming it to my headlight, to make it work. Im thinking that I will end up getting the upper and lower lids.

I dont think a top eye lid like they have for the 06+ trucks would work for our years, however a bottom lid may make things look a little better depending how you cut it out and would be very unique too.

The 06-08's wont work on the 02-05's. The 02-05s are curved like bubbles and the 06-08's are flat.

Tinted vinyl or just vinyl should work just fine. Use electrical tape to mask out your design and then cut and stick!

Here's the ones i got. Most eyelids are fiberglass. All you do is prep, paint, and then stick them on top the headlight. They look like factory equipment. I still have to get my painted

Raider, where do you suppose we could get this vinyl? Is the vinyl paintable?
