Help With Eyelids
eh, i may go the Niteshade way, it will be cheaper for me to do and as long as it cuts off the light to give it that aggressive look and prevents the lights from blinding other drivers i'm more than fine with it..i'll probably try to do something like the picture at the end of the first page that was photoshopped but I don't think I'll go as thick as it was near the grille with the end of the eyelid, just a tad thinner but still going over the top of the halos. The only thing I'm worried about is being off with the niteshade and having a larger portion of one headlight shaded than the other. I also won't be taking these off so that's another reason I think I'll go with the Niteshade
The only thing is i would rather have it match the paint on the truck..

how about this, you guys recommend what I should try, and I'll try it on my spare set of lights and post pics. And if I f up...oh well.
so, use fiberglass? paint from the inside? tint it? what do ya guys think?

here a pic of the mock up i tried with good ole electrical tape. I think my buddy got his top window strip tinted with a 0%. i might see where he got that done and see if they could do some type of eyelids using that stuff
That would be completely blacked out. I think even vinyl allows like.**% light. You would have to have a solid material such as fiberglass to have 0%
