(Dont know if the pic works) So far I got 75% of my box done. I am making 2 seperate boxes, one for each side of the tray. I would have had them done today but the guy at Home Depot decided not to give me a 100% square cut and so now I have to sand some boards and try to square it all up. Tomorrow I will sand it and cut a top peice. Does anyone know if a board is ok if there is a little split in it? I found you must pre-drill the hole before you put a screw into it so the board doesn't split. I have cut the tray corners so I can fit a bottom board with the dimensions of 15" x 11.25". SlimJim, PM me and I will tell you how to put in a pic.

Ok. So about a month after I thought they would be in but it was worth the wait. Loud as hell but clean sounding bass you can FEEL . I am never one to believe what others say but I now believe all the videos on youtube. WOW is all I can say. I ended with an airspace of .86 cubic inches in each box. All the wires are tucked under the tray and come up to the amp and boxes from holes in the tray. And when you look into the truck, all you see is the am in the center of the tray. I will post pics in "my garage". If anyone would like the dimensions just let me know.

Im thinkin about building a box for mine as well.
I have a single SoloBaric L510 and building a box shouldnt be too bad. I also want some space behind the seats. It requires 1.0ft airspace.
i might have to take out the tray and build the box, and then fab another "tray" for the side i dont use.
