Smile 4LB Electric Supercharger

Any 1 have info on this 4LB Electric Supercharger? I was surfing ebay and came accross it. Wonder if it really does anything. Ive been saving and still saving for the real deal supercharger that cost 5k but when I came accross this it intrigued me.

this was debated to extent a few weeks ago. Theres no possible way it could work. Forced Induction intakes rely on pressure to get that extra power. There is no way that plastic housing (or the little turbines inside for that matter) would be able to get any kind of pressure built up at all. Definently just a gimmick to try to get money out of suckers that dont have any clue.

Better idea and cheaper. Take a hair dryer, plug it into your AC/DC inverter, but make sure you keep it on cool. The horsepower gain calculates to 1hp for every 56 advertised watts. Caution: Make sure you strap down the hair dryer and seal with duck tape to the intake tube.
