Smile Steering Stabilizer for 06-08 4X4 IFS

has anyone installed the fabtech dual steering stabilizer kit on an 06-08 4X4 1500? I bought the kit and it just got here. I recently went with a 2.5" leveling kit and new 305x55x20 Baja ATZ's on XD Spy 20X9's. I need a Steering stabilizer BAD!! the only thing I could find was this fabtech. Any imput would be appreciated.

Well, I have no knowledge of the stabilizer but after you did the leveling kit, did you get alot of front end vibration, and is that the reason for the stabilizer?

Since when did they come out with a steering stabilizer for the ifs front end? There website says that they make one for there 6inch kit only. I have'nt found one yet.

Would have been better to ask before the purchase too????

That stabilizer kit is either for a 6" lift as Tank mentioned OR it's for the Megacabs which have a solid front axle. I haven't seen anything else for the 1500 IFS susp's.

I just got off the phone with them and the dude said that it will work on 06-08 ifs front end I guess they are the first ones on the market with one.

You have no idea, I went and drove a 09 f250 superduty I'm going to give it a month and if I cant figure it out the truck is gone. I've been having this issue for ever now.

Well I just got it on and it WORKS!!! down the highway at 90 no wandering no nothin! there was only one snag, you have to use the right side tie rod mount on the left and vice versa, also you have to be sure to cut off the excess u bolt ends. I will post pics when its done raining.

Did your steering wheel shake at all before you put the stabilizer on.
