No it should not mess with your insurance but check with your company if it bothers you that much....
I also noticed myself after installing Gibson Catback Dual Exhaust and Gibson shorty headers that my truck would do a dippin rpm warble between 400-650 then level out after 2-4 seconds. This is the 4.7L im talking about. Once on a reverse dry turn has actually stalled the motor.. Mind you the problems went away totally about 2 months after that.. Guess the ECU learned >?

It is only very seldom that it does it normally I accelerate like normal but if i have to creep around 10mph is when it does it other than that no problem
