after removing that red piece of plastic is the wire supposed to come out easily or do i have to do something else? I dont really want to yank it unless im supposed to.

Nvm just yanked it. It really feels like this thing pulls harder and longer now at WOT. No doubt I will be getting single digit gas mileage for awhile now

found out i can't do it on mine, my computer is totally different for some odd reason. now i wonder if my damn truck is really an '03.

Mine has an '04 computer also. Not sure why? Even though some have said their '04's have '03 computers.

ours were probably built late in the model year.

well i found out some info elsewhere, that this only works with the 545RFE transmission.
apparently the 5.9L's all use the 46re transmission (i think) so,,, were out of luck i do believe.
