Exclamation OMG...look at this....

gotcha to look...ok i previously had a post about a problem i have....when I start my truck the BRAKE, and ABS lights come on and stay on....anyone had this problem?? ive looked around the web and some talk of speedometer surging but i have none of that....so...is this more of a low battery signal...or abs speed sensor??? truck brakes just fine.....thinking that maybe it was just dirty or something...i took it and sprayed the crap out of it. no change. im just at a lost.

Do you have 4 wheel abs or just the rear? Does it still work? Check the sensors like you're thinking...if you have 4 wheel abs someone on here said the sensors are integrated into the front hubs which would suck.

9 volts may be the problem. The lights do goofy $h!t when the battery is low. Just today when I was done installing my onboard air system I let my battery get low from leaving the door open and my lights were flashing and going crazy...

I have also seen this for something as simple as the brake fluid being low enough to make the low level switch in the master cylinder. Not sure if the Ram has one or not. Never paid any attention to mine. Might check the fluid level anyway.

Only reason why those lights come on in tandom like you report...
1)Low brake fluid.
2)Water puddled in ABS Control Module
3)Bad wheel speed senor in front hubs if you have 4x4.
4)Bad wheel sensor mounted directly on top of your differential.
5)Too much dirt and mud on hub where your sensor is located.
6)Brake pads are very low.
7)Bad master brake cylinder or its sensor.

The list appearing above is paraphrased by haynes manual and different internet sources located through out the internet.

This is the third time I posted and the most in depth to resolve your problems.

1. Check fluid like everyone has suggested; then check brake pads. 2.Go to a nice drive through car wash that will get dirt and grime out of your hubs that may be causing the problem; if this doesnt solve your problem and your saying your battery is low, then change it as per PMCS'ing your vehicle. When and if that doesnt work it is one of three speed sensors or water puddled in your abs control module. I will stop posting because instead of asking me to clarify and help you, you keep reposting asking for help and I dont know why. I am trying to be of service and not have you pay $90.00 diagnostic from the stealer. I have had the same problem twice and both time it was something different causing the same progressions you describe. I am going to stop talking now and good luck with whatever you do Ill stop rambling now...
