I am looking into getting a flowmaster 40 exhaust system on my 2004 Ram QC Laramie. I could use some advice whether to go with the pipes coming out of the back or the side. Any preferences? Which looks cooler?

 

My mom also has a Laramie edition ram, she has dual's 40's out the rear as you can see

I know mines a 2001 but here's one pic I have of mine..it's the only one I got. No tips though..maybe sometime soon

 

Do you have a hemi. I have a flowmaster kit for my 4.7that came with a 40 from summit $320 to my door. It exits out the sides behind the rear wheels. I really like the look. If i want it out the back i just have to get straight tips and im done.

 

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKE SIDE EXIT ON TRUCKS, TO ME TWO PIPES HANGEN OUT THE BACK OF YOUR TRUCK LOOKS LIKE POOP. THE ULTIMENT CHOICE IS YOURS THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS OUT THERE.

Thanks for all of your advice. As I write this, my Ram is at the shop having the flowmaster 40 installed. I went with the rear exit only because I couldn't make up my mind.
