Did you have any problems with it leaking with that torrential storm we had last night or did the tape hold up?

Theres a caraudio place close to my house and so they hooked me up with this alarm with autostart and pages me if it goes off or just gives somebody a warning the brand is Autopage and I believe the range is 1 mile.

X2 on the Clifford alarm system. I have one on my Jeep for when I lived in Phoenix, complete setup with both interior and exterior motion sensors, shock sensors, and a "warning" chirp - all turned on and monitored by a remote alarm key fob. I have the sensors set so that if the windows are up and anyone gets up against the glass to look inside (it's tinted) it beeps 5 times as a warning; if they don't move it goes into full alarm mode. The interior sensor is even better, if I park the Jeep with the windows down it disables the exterior motion sensor, but if anyone reaches inside it chirps 5 times, and if they don't back out immediately it goes into alarm mode.

All of these settings alarm on the key fob up to about 1/4 mile away and let me know if someone is snooping or actually set the alarm off. The system wasn't cheap (about $500 installed) but it works great!

I bought it and had it installed at a place called Fryes Electronics, but I think if you go to the Clifford site you can search for authorized sales & installers.

 

yes im pleased with my alarm but might upgrade to a pager one now. we have a frys in my city so ill check them out

well its back to normal as of today. the tint was done and looks good. i decided just to get the one window retinted and not do the back windows with darker tint. didnt really feel like throwing more money to it, already 160 bucks down...
