Last week I saw a new SS (purchased the day before I think) at a cruise-in. The guy was just getting ready to leave so my buddy waited to hear it. I was waiting for a nice throaty sound. We were both terribly disappointed. It's like the OEM exhaust on my Ram. Even when he took off it was really quiet. My '06 GT OEM mufflers sounded really good in comparison.

It really surprised me. Muscle cars should sound like muscle cars, at least a little bit!!
