Security Alarm

Security Alarm
I just found out my truck doesn't have a security alarm.
Yikes? LOL.
I'm kinda worried and wondering if you can go to the dealership and get them to install one that works with my dodge key fob, or if i'm better off going aftermarket?
Does that mean I have to have a separate thing on my keys?
Or is it even worth having an alarm at all? I know it won't really stop anyone, but it might make it a little more difficult.

Descent prices. Excellent step-by-step directions. They prep all wiring before they ship. Makes life super easy!!!

agreed, an aftermarket system is a must. I have a Clifford 50.7x and luve mine. It has a glass break and shock. The 2way fobs are nice. It was a little rough to install because it is hooked up to everything but its done. I needed a few extra relays to do mine. But I paid about 250 for mine BNIB and installed everything myself over a weekends time.
