I have the 18" SI/SO with the stock resonators removed....at a warm idle I can't even hear it from inside but outside it's slightly louder than stock with a better tone. At 2000rpms and above it gets decently loud. At first I had both resonators on with the magnaflow and it was too quiet for me...little louder than stock through out the rpms with a better tone and a lot better flow. I'd imagine the 24" magnaflow with resonators on would sound close to stock levels with a better tone and flow.

I have one on my 4.7 and same deal, quiet inside throaty out. They sound great at wot, but it is nice when you are or idling, you barely know it's there.

The longer muffler you choose, the quieter it gets. I believe I have an 18" SI/DO and I love it. Crusin on the highway the tires make more noise than the muffler until im accelerating up hills. the more gas, the louder it gets, but its virually silent inside at a warm idle just cruisin around.

pick up a longer one. i didnt want to wait, so this weekend i picked one up at pepboys, then some tubing w/ adapters. cut the stock exhaust out, and fit the magnaflow muffler on. its way louder than stock, and honestly louder than i really wanted. when you first start the car its loud real quick, but at idle you cant hear it. in first and second gear and at the low 1/2-000 rpms its loud and dronish. my friend loves it, personally i wish it was a little quieter for the neighbors sake
