37" tire suggestions
I have a 2004 Ram 1500 4X4 leveled with a 3 inch body lift. I have 35's on the stock 17 inch rims and they rub just a little when I turn fast. There's no way 37's will fit on stock rims unless you get at least 1 inch wheel spacers or more.
But this is a pic crowd here, ya gotta post some pics of your ride!!!
35's and 3:55's are terrible. Not bad with 3:92's, but you have 17's so 3:92's are doubtful. That leaves you with the majority of 3:55 gears. 37's would be very sluggish off the line on top of what the Ram already is.
Hammer, so if i get some Rims like that, you gonna can me?
Only way i would run 37's, if i had 4:56 gears and then your asking ALOT from your IFS shafts!

But you are right all the way around on this one.and all I got to say about that is you better be glad that bad taste is not a banable offense!!!
Taste can be bannable? Just gotta work the system...lmao
No funny stuff there Mr.
Uh, did I miss something? What's wrong with my 36s on 24s? I made sure everything fit before I bought anything and planned everything out a long time ago. And I have no issues. I don't need 8-10 of sidewall as my truck doesn't see the mud. Everyone keeps saying 37s are too much but 36s would be pushing it but doable and that's what I got. Hammer, you don't like my rims? Now my feelings are hurt........
They do sir. Keep in mind the tires are 325/45/24 and I don't scrub. I do come close but it doesn't scrub. And those rims are the same as stocks. They're +19 and 5.5". I am on the lookout for some fender flares though.
I know everyone says you can't run 37s on a 2wd without issues but do we know anyone who has actually done it?
