Yesterday I finally was able to complete the second half of the exhaust cut-out job, and had the stereo shop hook the electrical motor up. And just like I thought, it made the whole experience that much better. It's absolutely the coolest modification on the truck. I can't stop showing everybody it lol. Starting the truck up completely quiet and then hitting the switch and then slowly hearing a deep growl come from underneath the truck. I've also noticed that the stock muffler sounds extremely good with the dual tail pipes without the resonator, so I'm excited about that. Definitely glad I took your advice on this modification. Now I just have to send back my Flowmaster 50 series because I was able to get my money back for it haha.

When anyone ordered the cut out did they get a confirmation from dmh about the order? I ordered last week and have heard nothing from them. All I have is the paypal confirm.

 

Took mine a week to show up exactly. I called them about 6 days after I ordered it just to make sure it was coming and he told me it was coming the very next day, had no problems.

 

If you are worried call them. I wanted to make sure they got my order as well since it took a few days before they billed me. But I got a ups shipping conformation after talking with them about it.

 

Im not too worried about it just thought it was a bit odd that they didnt give a confirm on the order.
