Yeah I could see that, like I said though that was the only thing I noticed, everything else about it looks great.

how did you wire up the reverse lights? I'd like to do something like that it would be nice when hooking up the trailer and such...do they go on automatically when in reverse?

The reverse lights I actually had to make custom brackets for out of aluminum then I used thru bolts and put them through my bumber to mount them as far as wiring just splice them into ur reverse lights thats what i did.... they kick on when ever u shift to reverse.... hell of a lot cheaper my way then adding all these recon light everyone has besides I dont like looking like everyone else.... the front ones I ran in through the fire wall and installed a toggle switch. hope that answered ur questions

Default Updated black rims!!!!!!!!!!

So origionally... I went with black rims and I cleared them... When I finally got new tires I realized that the clear brought out all the imperfections cause my rims were all chipped up and I mean badly chipped.... So I decided to do a little research.... I ended up spraying the rims down with bed liner after the new tires were installed (cooper zeon ltz) it covered pretty much all the imperfections and it made the lugs and center caps stand out real nice.... I am chaging the center caps later to a big spike that imma make out of aluminum... It wont be for a while but when I do I will post pics... anyway heres a couple pics of the rims installed... I only took pics of the back driver side cause the sun glared my camera up real bad plus my truck is dirty as hell so im now showing it off right now.. let me know what you guys think... the bed liner gave it a real nice textured look!!!!!

yeah man no dount i did a time run on the second rim took me 15 minutes to rough the chrome then another 5 mins to clean and dry it then about 20 mins for paint and dry time.... and because its rubberized coating over spray on the tires doesnt matter it peels off after about 30 mins of driving time... off the tire side wall that is but dont paint em before u get new tires installed i made that mistake on the first rim lol... ended up havibng to repaint... nice thing about that dupli-color bed liner is the rim can have imperfections and it still hides em!
