I noticed tonight on the way home the temp gauge started to rise. The needle was almost on the middle mark. Where is the highest you have ever seen it?

Well the dealer called today and the truck is going back tomorrow night. Hopefully it gets done quick...

Hmm.... sounds like Chrysler STILL didn't get the valves right on the Hemi. Even by '06.
