MFT Blew up again!!!
Some of you may remember when I first got my truck I had to get the heads replaced due to a knocking sound and the truck shaking. Well its been all good for 2 weeks and guess what. Started it this morning and its doing it again.
So waiting for a call and from the shop to see what they are going to do. This is right after I started ordering parts for it too because I thought all was copesetic.
WTF could it be this time? Think I keep bending valves and blowing up the heads?

well if u taken it in for the trans for a third time its declared a lemon i think. bc thats what happened with my sisters gc. but since you have had problems since u bought it i think they should be willing to take it back...
^^^ Sure they'
ll take it back, but no dealer is going to just be willing to lose money. Especially in this economy. In order to be declared a lemon, you need to have the identical problem all 3 times and there must be no solution to fix.(keeps on breaking or there is no fix)
I think maybe the problem is not your engine and maybe your ecu trying to fire multiple cylinders at once or something. That's the only way you can really bend the valves or have the trouble you are having twice in a row. Def seems like an ecu problem and not an engine mechanical problem.

when they replaced it, did you see any marks on the pistons? if you got sticky valve guide you'll get the piston taping on the valves to help them up. I've seen it on other engines, and we all know dodge doesn't exactly have the best engineers/suppliers working on their valve guids
