Deciding on a stereo
audio section is a ghost town. you wont get an answer from there for weeks. I'm a big fan of CD players but alot of people like the ipod hookup too. Only con with ipod is finding the damn song on the thing while ur driving! Also if you have an 05 ram with the infinity system get it professionaly done it turns into a nightmare with the stock amp.
And the stereo that your asking for is pretty intense man, a stereo with a screen, backup camera, speaks to you about your ipod, but doesnt have gps and has bluetooth at the same time, oh yeah, and no motorized screen!!! wow, well, ok, you have to fab yourself up a new dash, and well you have to convince a company to make that for you custom... unless there is something out there I havent seen that tells you your songs as you go through them...
avicf90bt just like dirty dog has. you won't need to fab up a new dash tons of places make a replacement dash panel for a 2din chassis radio. the avic will do everything for you. I would hold off on it for awhile pioneer just released the new avic line up for this year and that means prices on the avicf's are going to drop pretty quickly so you could pick up an avicf90bt for a good price. altho the sonicelectronix 649 price is pretty damn good IMO.
avicf90 has voice control for the ipod too which is very nice. altho if you've got the cash wait for the new zx110bt which has voice control everything but it's a bit pricey 1800 list price.

That's the issue Ben. Last month the f90bt was only $649. Now they announced the release of the newer versions and the old f90bt went back up to $749 at SonicElectronix where I bought mine from?????? Maybe in a couple weeks, they will go back down.
The 900bt is NOT the same as the 90bt FYI. The 90bt comes with the Ipod cable that costs like $40 plus the 90bt has 4v pre-outs and front/rear/sub fading as the rest only have 2v and no fading capabilities with rear/sub RCA's. This is a big deal if using a sub.
Just the SD card reader alone is what sold me amongst all the rest. AND the screen is Identical to your ipod when it's connected. Put your ipod in the glovebox or under the seat. The stereo does it all! The screen may not be 7.2" or whatever like the rest but a 6" screen is big enough for me. great colors too.

the 90 is much much better than the 900. it's the hi volt preouts as well as the ipod cable that make the f90 much better plus the 90 is a premier model.
that's funny tho they went back up. maybe because the prices on the new ones are outrageously high in comparison to the avicf's when they first came out.

I've been attempting an upgrade on my infinity system since Christmas Eve day. Granted not non-stop mind you, give me a little credit. I have installed numerous systems and never have I had the issues this 04 Ram is giving me. I've drove for a week now with the bottom half of the dash missing while waiting for parts. I first bought the over $100 dollar device to use the stock amp and after numerous calls to multiple tech services discovered the unit was bad. I then made the decision to just bypass the amp, which of course takes yet another adapter. Luckily they are taking the first one back and the new one is only $30 bucks. I guess my point is, save yourself a huge headache...take it someplace to have it done...
