horatio102. Are you volunteering to mod the computer? [sm=joke.gif]
That's the root of all evil with the Hemi. It seems nobody can get a modified version of the PCM. Sure Superchips and Hypertech have programmers that help some, but a true HiPo PCM is what is needed.

ha! I wish I knew how, I'd gladly do it (and make a fortune in the process).

You've got the fortune part right. I thought I'd heard that Kenne Bell was going to do a special 300 C for Hurst and that it would develope a PCM for it. They were supposed to get the code from DC so they could alter the PCM. I was hoping for some "trickle down" for the trucks. Guess we'll just have to see what happens.

RE: hemi vs. lightning
i took my truck to the local track and got hooked up with this dude in a 2003 lightning. at the time my truck had cold air intake and spacer along with a fiberglass bed cover that weights 150lbs. he took my by .9 of a second. my truck is a 2003 reg cab 1500 with 20' rims, i know my truck very well, and how to get the power down. when i ran i did have my defrosters on big mistake. the lightning gets more tourqe and power. if you know to keep the rpms up at a launch and not roast your tires keeping your overdrive off, you might hang with him. LET US KNOW THE OUTCOME OF WHO WINS.

Ah but think of the satisfaction of watching the tool in the truck or car next to you drop his jaw as your 2.5 tons of beast pulls away from him.

He obviously didn't know how to drive his truck.
You want to shave some more time? Get smaller wheels.

We have to push all our power through a tranny with 5 gears...they don't.
Lessons in torque are often learned the hard way. Anyone know what a 900 hp supra and a 400 hp supra have in comon? The both run 11's at the track.
I wanted a L before I bought the QC-R and couldn't find one. Besides I needed a back seat :naughty:
