so i've been compiling a list mentally of what i need and want to do to my truck in order of importance, do you got one that you're working on? my only problem is i'm unemployed, so i'm trying to not spend much money until i can guarantee my fall college money is in my bank account.

NEEDS:
brakes (need em bad, my front rotors are warped to hell and my pads are about wore out, i will be upgrading to hawks.)

Shocks (getting Bilsteins, thanks for the recommendations)

plugs and plug wires (36,000 miles, time to replace)

evap canisters need replaced (damn check engine lights been on for 2000 miles)

front diff oil change (once again, high mileage, but it can wait a while if need be.)

weld tailpipe (gonna try and do it this weekend at the girlfriend's ranch, her dad has got to have a welder lying around somewhere.)

WANTS:
Fender flares (save the paint, look badass)

Smoked running lights

Deer guard

CB radio (very nearly a need, i'm in the woods so much it's the only way to call for help if you need it)

Black wheels

dang venom, quite a list, your rig will be damn cool with a two tone paint job i think. do you know if the throttle body has a gasket that needs replacing or can you reuse it? if i can reuse it, i'm gonna do a TB cleaning this weekend.

 

Well most of it's maintenance related so...gotta do what I gotta do with my truck with 157,450 miles on it. The frame is perfect though and most of my body work is getting done this week and getting repainted. Wait until you see the befores and afters of this truck.

Yeah, any of my spare money goes to my vehicle usually. But I'm also saving for a honeymoon this year. But the truck will be everything I want this year short of a drivetrain overhaul and then it'll be done. My last truck was a SRT-10 so I guess I miss it too much to leave this one alone.

 

Oh, I forgot a custom exhaust system I'm doing too. lol

 

no gasket on the TB. Just remove, clean, reinstall, beer.
