Hi Guys...I'm still pretty new here and am looking at purchasing a 2005-07 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. I need some opinions and advice from you guys.

I was at Woodhouse Dodge in Blair Nebraska and their prices seem very high to central Iowa prices... I thought Woodhouse has grown so much because of their great prices and selection...anyone have any experience here?

Would you guys recommend buying a certified vehicle to get the extended warranties and powertrain warranty?

If you can, why don't you post up some links of trucks you are looking at and I am sure we can share our opinions about them.

If you can get a warranty it can't hurt but to be honest with you, unless my engine or trans ever goes I will probably never even use the one that came with my truck. It is just easier for me to do the work myself.

Personally, I like the third one. It looks clean, it has a couple mods done on it already for you and it has pretty low miles. I would try to talk them down a little bit on the price.

 

Yeah I really like the pickup but it was way too loud. I think the MDS was kicking on and off at about 68 mph. It was really annoying even just on the test drive. It is a certified vehicle which I like that idea.

 

Remember gas prices are flying up again so you will be able to negotiate some good deals since dealers will have a harder time selling the big V8s again.
