Easiest/fastest thing I would think of it a new aftermarket HU.

i checked the wires to the factory hu and there is no pinching or cut wires and i also bout the plug kit so there i wont have to flip the wires around it plugs into the stock harness and then into the speaker

Could be a bad channel of your head unit, is it OEM? You could get another one of the classifieds on a dodge site, ebay, or craigslist for cheap. I am assuming you have checked the obvious things like balance and fade on the unit. I would say replace the head unit either w/ OEM or aftermarket whichever you like.

i love it when things break on my truck... that means i have a GOOD reason to get something new. my suggestion is to just get an aftermarket head unit. problem solved!

A guy I work with had a similar problem. It affected his D/S rear speaker and window. Took it to the dealer and they said that the harness that plugs throughthte B-pillar can be too short in some trucks. They wanted like $300 to fix it. He went home and pulled it out and lengthened the wires and has had no other problems with it.

you gotta be REALLY careful when doing electrical work. but as long as you make good connections, do it safe and work on one wire at a time... you should be fine.
