For those of you who are going to order, pleae always remember to supply us with your YEAR MAKE MODEL so we not only double check if you got the right bulb type, but we can make sure you get a (RELAY or SPECIAL wire) if your car needs that.

Thank you for your understanding~

well, you hadn't asked for it. Someone asked if the kits were plug and play and you said yes...not so easy on a ram. PM sent to correct that.

What are you going to do about the bulbs being too big for the headlight housing? You have another 9007 bulb supplier that makes the bulbs the correct diameter?

Hey, at least they are trying to work with us and resolve the issue. Kudos for that.

oh for sure. Somebody said earlier that their customer service is on the ball, and I have to agree. They are correcting every wrong. I've already recommended them to my friends, though I told them to hold off purchase till the issues with my truck get resolved.

This is a great example of a sponsorship and a forum both working at their best.

Has anyone been able to successfully install these yet? I know mine will take different bulbs but I do not like what I'm seeing.

That's a deal breaker for me.

I sent them detailed pictures of how the bulbs don't fit on Friday. Michelle promptly replied and said their engineers and such are going to take a look at it. But they are a business, and it's the weekend, so nothing yet. They will ship me out the relay/harness I need when we figure out the bulb issue so I get it all at once. again, their customer service is on the ball.
