Have you considered cams? My truck is still reliable and is a daily driver. But if you are happy with it, leave it as it is. Still like the pics man.

Are cams a good mod by themsleves or do they have to be complimented by other mods?

yep..i dont want to go out and spend $500 on cams just yet....i need lights exhaust and gears first...my current project(a crazy sub box design) is almost done...i should have it close to finished by the end of the week.

Well you already have a few mods that would compliment it fine. I'd purchase new injectors and a TB though.
