That looks like it is a stock tb that has been ported out to 85mm which is exactly what I have. I got my ported TB from the fastman and have to say that I really like it. It added some pep to my truck in daily around town driving as well as improved throttle response. The only difference is that the TB I got from fastman was about half the price of the one you linked to, you might want to contact Dan and see what he can do for you.

Was your TB a straight bore? the description on the Modern Muscle TB says that its special design is different and supposed to make air flow better than other ported straight bore TB's....

There was another group buy on there that he did for a Dodge Challenger TB and it had like 30+ ppl in on it. That's why I was wondering if this throttle body for the Ram was good too...

I checked out that pic. It's EXACTLY what i expected. It's prob identical what the Fastman does to his and the same as I did to my Mustang TB.
The ONLY improvement that that TB will make is throttle response when you first hit the gas. THAT'S IT! My mustang was actually too touchy and i pulled it off. it does NOTHING for top end performance. It can't. it's the same size as stock at each end. Only near the TB plate is contoured so the slightest angle of the butterfly plate allows more air when it first gets opened. At WOT, the bore is the same.
So pay $320 for that or whatever the Fastman cahrges because Dyno performance, you'll get identical HP numbers I promise!
IMHO, I think the Ram is a little sluggish when you first hit the gas so I could see how it would be beneficial, but that's the only thing it will do. No HP gain.

The MM throttle body is a quality piece. It's been proven at the track as well. It's the largest tb you can buy for our trucks. If you have a stroker with a huge cam and heads, than that is the tb to have. Otherwise, just get your stocker rebuilt by fastman.
