Question New to 3rd Gen Ram

My truck has 50k miles, ive had the oil changed about 300 miles ago, its a hemi with a 5speed manual, its a 4x2 and bought used from a dealership, what do i need to do as far as a service, what type plugs, oil[syn/fossil], same for tranny and rear end lube, its a 2500 with a 4:10 rear, also what would yall recomend for tires, be needin some soon, i have appreciated the help yall have given me. The new stuff makes me feel like im 12 again learnin all this stuff all over, the electronics and computers intimidate the hell outta me, once again, thanks for the help, and is there any members in western Ill. Do a search on spark plugs,there was thread on them a week or so ago,the moral of it was to use the same ones that come stock as someone learned the hard way. Look at your owners manual for a maint schedule and assume anything that needed done in the last 5000 miles or so probably wasn't done.

Use the good old champion coppers, these engines don't like other plugs for some reason.

thanks guys, the old owner didnt see fit to include the manual and dealership wanted way to much IMO, but as usual if ya wnat one go the the dam thing, thanks guys

My NGK iriddiums have over 40K+ on them and thery're still excellent with no problems to report.

Champion copper stock replacements or NGK V-power copper plugs run the best.
