Ok, autoanything.com has x-pipes and y-pipes cheap w/ free shipping. A magnaflow muffler will be between 80-100 and a magnaflow y-pipe is 25 or x-pipe is 83. Other than those the shop doing the install and welding would provide the pipe and do the bending and install for the rest of the cost.
