you are really going to argue with me when you never seen my truck in person... ok then if my wheels were the clads then when i tap on it, it would sound plastic right? also i could try to pull off the plastic right? well i cant on mine bc they are CHROME!!! ill try to make a video to show you. maybe that will help you believe

 

If they're STOCK wheels, which I'm 99% sure they are, then i don't have to see your truck. As for the plastic, it is basically fused into the metal. There's no way you're going to be able to separate it from the aluminum base or tell it's plastic. This is the same reason you can't powder coat them, they're inseparable.

We have the 02-05 OEM wheels sitting in the warehouse.

thats what they look like off. theres no way i can take mine off. and ive been to the auto show tapped on a rams chrome clads wheels and it sounded plastic. mine do not sound like that when u tap on it
