Don't feel too bad Wyoming is just as bad. My 06 Mega was a bit over $350 this year. Course we don't have personal income tax.....

Then again we've got a rediculous surplus of cash, more than most any other state from what I've heard....Bastards!

Well if you think those fees are bad, I paid $500 back in 1997 when I bought this new. Last year I paid $156 on a 13 year old truck, Isn't that nice. This next year it will probably be $250 or more and did I mention it's a freaking 13 year old truck!? Yea the weight fees alone here for a 1500 is $80. The weight fees stay constant no matter how old your truck gets. All trucks are considered commercial vehicles, we have no choice. If a cop catches you with passenger vehicle plates, that's a ticket right there. Next year, I may just put it non-operational. BTW you have to pay $20 to put it non-operational. Did you get that? You have to PAY to NOT use it, HA! I love this state, NOT! I plan on moving out of the state as soon as the economy turns around and I can sell my house.

Yikes !
Quote: I just received my registration renewal from the DMV and it's $425.00
Is this what everyone else is getting? This seems high to me.
