This is the guy selling the prewired kits on ebay for the price of the factory kit. He sells both kits. Now it depends if you want plug and play or if you want to drill and solder and get aggrevated.

EHH, JUST GET SOME CHEAP *** FOG/ DRIVING LIGHTS FROM AUTOZONE OR ANY AUTO OUTLET FOR $20 MAX TOTAL AND DRILL HOLES FOR EACH AT CROSS BAR BEHIND GRILL. I HOOKED IT TO BLUE WIRE RUNNING FROM FOG LIGHTS + THEN BLACK WIRE TO BLACK DRIVING LIGHTS.. TO TURN ON THE FOG LIGHT AND DRIVING LIGHTS SIMPLY TURN ON THE FOG LIGHT SWITCH AT DASH...EASIEST WAY
