I ordered the hid extra kit that has been posted on the forum and i just cannot install them. i may be an idiot, but i just cannot do it. please help!

yea details would be nice. what type of problem? cant figure out how it goes can't get the bulb in/out?

i thought i installed mine right but now i have lamp out and it doesnt light up. help!! lol

Did it work at first then goto showing lamp out and stop working or has it always not worked and shown lamp out? Don't make us fish for info, it's not nice....

no it worked when i first put it in drove around and now i have lamp out and they wont come on

Did you touch the bulb at all when you put it in? the oils on your fingers will heat up and cause the bulb to break. Other than that, maybe the ballast has gone bad.

Alot of places dont understand the complexity of the Dodge computers. I am glad I got a plug and play kit with no flickering or lamp out light issues from Twiggy!

I know this might sound simple but did you check your fuses yet and check for incoming voltage with a meter or test light?

Not for 1 light. Raider these are plug in play no flicker, I don't beleive his issue has anything to do with the dodge computer.
