Lose the 20's and get a good set of 17's for starters, those 20's are heavy, the lighter your rolling stock the more efficient your drivetrain will be. Don't expect to much outta that engine though. I had the 5.9 in my '02 Quad 4x4 and I never got better than 15 in it before it was totaled.

 

Unless they made a change to the fuel system - I know that my 02 QC has an internal fuel filter not an inline fuel filter.
