i like xTreme the best, and thats the only one i watch. All the other ones are all old cars and really boring. Dont get me wrong, i love old, american muscle, but there boring to watch.
extreme did the huge air lift to a 3rd gen a few years ago. I remember the part where they lowered it in the fast food drive thru just to show it can still be a usable truck after its dropped from 20 feet up lol
I tivo Xtreme and Stacey David's Gearz that way if they get to be too much like an infomercial I can fast foward to the good parts.
Those are the main 2 I watch. I'll catch Trucks every now and again just for body work tips.

I thought that I was the only one who watched TruckU, that show cracks me up.
I watch it one in a while, Those dorks are too busy trying to be cool. Whats that one guys name, MAX STEEL? I bet his real name is OPIE TAYLOR! They are funny as hell. I even watch TWO GUYS GARAGE now and again.
I remember one episode of truck u they were showing how to install a kit that sprays water into your intake to keep you exhaust cooler.... last time I checked water = bad.

I remember seeing part of that episode. I rarely watch HP TV or similar stuff because they talk a lot of game and it's all about talking about the "sponsors" product even if it's total crap as already stated. But water does similar to Meth when sprayed down the throat of an engine. As long as you can properly atomize ALL of the water molecules you WILL create more power. Water is made up of Air and water. Water will evaporate and that will leave the air to be burnt in the combustion chamber. The hardest thing to do is get it to atomize properly. I'd rather use Meth personally....lol
But water can be done for minimal gains.
