hey i need help did a swap 2002 4.7 and dropped in 2005 dodge hemi having issues changed everything over all in one has anyone did this before the 05 ran perfect now in the 2002 surges from 1000 rpm to 1500 and also wont go past 2500 rpms the only two thing i didnt change were the wiring inside the cab and the trans the 2005 was not 4x4 and my 2002 was maybe can the dealer flash the computer to read my trans or do i need to change my trans to 2005 4x4 along with computer what do i do

 

like i said everything was changed now will and are the trans the same ? both 45rfe the wiring from the 2005 plugged in the 2002 trans are they the same soooooommmmmeeeee 1 help

 

Just an FYI fellas, in regards to the 5.7 swap, I can get that motor at cost through my sources. Just let me know when your needing it.

No the 02 wouldn't cause this. have you checked the TPS yet?
