Yes, I have Mcgaughy’s 2/4.5 drop spindles and flip kit,
Mcgaughy also has a short coil spring and flip kit available. And in addition the short coil spring can also be used in conjunction with the lowered spindles to drop a total of three inches in the front. Using the rear flip kit, you can also get lower by using the original shackle. However dropping this low, back spacing and tire selection becomes very selective. Also for any kind of ride quality the frame needs to be notched. As for the camber/caster kits I think they are great for getting a quality alignment.whether dropped or not.

i have the mcgauphys 4/6 drop. i absolutely recommend all who desire this kit to roll the rear fenders, and or watch your lip on rims. i have 6 inch lip and tires rub the fenders in i hit bumps. not worth it. youll go through tires in months

here is a pic of mine when i had the stock rims and a 4/8 drop
<a href="http://s62.photobucket.com/albums/h9...e66e6b1bb4.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h9...e66e6b1bb4.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

i raised the *** end 2 inches because my stock tires rubbed on the fenders like you wouldnt believe they still rubbed after that when it was 4/6 but i still put the 22's on it lol. and yes they run on some crazy dips/bumps.

2)lock individual leaf springs together for better stability
3)better control for rear axle torque
...I don't know about all that but I am curious. Everyone has their own idea about what is tolerable or not with regard to ride stiffness etc. Worth a shot while waiting for the drop shackles to arrive.

Hey man just to let u know i will be clamping the leafs again on Sunday.

Ill take before and after pics for you

Hey that would be cool...looking forward to seeing that. So you are clamping the springs on your own truck right? Let me know how she rides after that. I got some clamps now...but unfortunately won't be putting them on today...looks like perhaps the power supply on my computer went out or something so will be troubleshooting that today...using my laptop right now but got some important files I need to access on my desktop comps harddrive.

I can't help to think you are really looking for a nice level truck. I recommend using a shorty shackle and remove the O/L spring.
Looks like this:
