I took mine to NTB. I'm on a 5/6. Riding on the fa'tory shocks too. Out back I got beltech shocks. Yes, u can cut your coils but you won't get an even drop from side to side. In other words dont do it. Save ur pennies and do It right. it cost me $120 something for my alignment. I have zero issues with my drop. I say, just do it right. In the end you'll be glad you did. Just my .02 FWIW IMHO, of course. L8R, bro. Good luck!

Well...I didn't cut my coils, I have drop coils. I just need to find a kit that works with my truck to get it back to specs.

Redtruck....that link was for a caravan not a ram. I have looked everywhere and called another shop that told me they dont make a kit for a 06 ra. Taking it to a different shop that will look at it for free and see what he can do for me. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Rbeard, Here is one for a 05, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SP...UP&prefilter=1

What is so different about a 06 front end? The years listed are 02-05. The front end shop should be able to get the right kit. The problem is they charge through the nose if they get the parts. Pls keep us updated.

Here is another kit and it covers more years other than just the 06. So the 06 may not be different.

The only difference is the 02-05's sit a little lower than the 06's. I bought a djm kit through sport trucks direct. But that only got me a 2/4.5 drop. I usedthe stockshackles out back which got me a 6 inch drop then I bought mckaughphy's drop spindles to get the front end down where It needs to be. U may have to do like I dod and piece together Ir kit. I don't think anyone makes a 4/6 kit for the 06 n up rams.

Sorry for the spelling errors, ok on my HERO.

IDK, just get the nitro drop shocks. They're designed for lowered trucks. I wouldn't try to substitute. When u try n do that usually u get crap. Or in this case a crappy ride. Go with beltech. U won't b disappointed. They're only 40 dollars a pair. Just my .02! Lol.

Yes. I have been advised to do a "c-notch" in the back, but I don't bottom out. Just know this..when u do a build u don't wanna scimp on stuff. Suspension is definitely one.of. those things. Lol.

it rides great on mild bumps but anything big and it bottoms out and im guessing its because of the shocks but if the shocks dont fix it I dont feel like c notching my frame so the kit will be for sale and i'll put that money towards bigger rims i guess
