get your pan off of ebay too. i have bought 2 and tuned has the same style. here is a pic of it welded on my 08. i have not installed one on my 04 yet, i got a really good deal on a fox box so that ate my paint budget. perfect fit and for 109.00 shipped you cant go wrong

no they have 2 different 2/4.5 drop kits. one has the springs/flip kit 350.00 +/- economy and the other has the spindles/flip kit 550.00 +/- deluxe. DJM doesn't make drop spindles, they use springs(economy) or lower control arms(deluxe) to achieve the drop.

i cant really speak on the quality of the other drops im sure they are good, there are about 5 major competitors. i dropped my 05 1500 QCSB and the mcgaughys was the only company that mad a DIY kit for the 4x4 and i was impressed with the ride quality. if you can afford the deluxe kit go for it (but you must have 18"+ wheels, i think the same applies if you use the lowering lower control arms from DJM). the spindles were great. i know I'm a hypocrite because i dont have the mcgaughy installed on my truck but it was lowered when i bought it and rides good so no need to change. plus i plan on bagging it in the distant future.

no i dont have spindles on my truck, just 2'' drop springs. it rides fine, just cambers a little, so my tires are getting a little chewed up over time. but when i get some spare cash im going to drop spindles.
