You are right, it does look exactly like that. I just would never have been able to think of a way to describe it as perfectly as you did.

quit messing arround here, compare apples to apples and oranges oranges.

I do like the Titan, thier dam quick, a CTD or a hemi 2500 is more truck like than a Titan.

You have to decide if you want a truck that rides like a car with utility or a truck with truck utility, flipping betwean Nissan and a CTD or a hemi 2500 is only going to drive you into a Honda Ridge line, and than you be more confused.

Truth be told, the Ridge line is not a truck, But Their quick for a v/6, Ride nicer than the titan and they tow better than a 4.7 Ram.

If you don't need the brute force of a CTD or hemi 2500, Just keep the truck that you have ...

Does better towing mean higher capacity or are you saying it handles it's max tow better. The ridgelines max tow is 5k..I hope a 4.7 can top that.

I'va always heard about that legendary Honda reliability, the only Honda(actually an Acura) I've ever owned went through 2 transmissions,I put a used trans in it,sold it on ebay and I'll never buy another Honda.

Back to truck stuff I know a guy with a 2nd gen CTD that's tuned to the hilt and it is Bad A$$! He smoked my Hemi like I was tied to a post! Even with a mild tune they are real monsters and with good pipes they sound like the Hammer of God! I am pretty sure my next truck will be a Diesel of some kind.

I would rather have the SFA of a 2500 and you'll beable to lift it easier. a chipped diesel would be ****, but for the amount you drive. it probly would cost more to mantain then a hemi.

and did you think on what your hunting buddies would say when you pull up in a yota? haha

Dodges loss is around 21% and the titan is closer to 18-19%. They are lighter but not by 2,000lbs...that would put in in a cars weight class. From nissan's own site for their king cab...the different weights are for the various trims:

Curb Weights (lbs)
4x2 Standard Bed 4,987 5,023 N/A 5,206
4x4 Standard Bed 5,231 5,267 5,297 5,489
4x2 Long Bed 5,275 5,294 N/A 5,490
4x4 Long Bed]

So if that titan in the pics is a 4x4 then it's pretty close in weight to a quad cab....200-300 lbs less.
You are both semi right about the drive train loss. RH is closer to the dodge drive train loss, it is right around the 30% mark, Case in point with my truck and all my mods I am sitting at a total of 276rwhp (roughly 20% loss) subtract everything I've done so far and I would not be surprised if it hits closer to the 30% parasitic loss. Severe should be closer as far as the loss on the Nissan's drive train, probably right around the 18-20% mark. My bet would be that it wasn't 12% loss but more along the lines of 12% less than what the rams get.

Still though, stock for stock it be a drivers race. They are quick trucks.
