Moes Performance Contact ...
Bob is very busy and is very shorthanded and usually the stuff ships from a main warehouse depending on where you live so it sometimes takes time for him to get tracking info and get it to you.
I just had an issue with a part I ordered from Moe's. I called 3 times with no response so I sent a e-mail on Friday and got a response last night that the replacement part was shipped over night. I responded to the e-mail today letting him know I had received it and got a response immediately. I don't know if this is the same e-mail others have used for him but for me he responded rather quickly so I thought I would post it so maybe to help others. Here it is

I have a good experience with them and a bad experience with them. Weird....
But keep calling and they will answer the phone eventually. I left several messages and did get a call back from them a couple of days later.
The best way to deal with them is to not deal with them. I understand they may be a small company, but the customer service has to come first or there is no company at all.
Just my 2 cents...

shocks = not so much.
I think he may be a one man band or something. Took a long time to get order shipped and then refunded. Sent me 2 of 4 shocks and didnt let me know he wouldnt be getting the other two.
It seems to be hit or miss with him.
