Default Similar grinding/buzzing most of you mention but exagerates when turning right

I saw a few threads where you guys were talking about a grinding/buzzing feeling in the gas pedal when driving say...40 mph. I feel that too. However, not sure if it's related but mine exagerates much more when turning right. Basically I just feel it in the pedal, maybe just a tad in the steering. Could this be a unit bearing or something like that? I just want to get a good gameplan before taking to the dealer. They like shrugging things off sometimes. This is my first dodge, so just trying to get some questions answered. The hemi rocks though!

depending on the mileage, it could be a wheel bearing

Since it's a 4x4, I was thinking maybe unit bearing or wheel bearing.

I have the same problem except my truck has a lot more miles. 171K to be exact. it almost sounds like the power steering fluid is low but it's not i've checked it. just trying to get a game plan too. any help is greatly appreciated.

Had a similar sound in my 88 blazer. CV joint was going out, I'd check the boots and make sure they are not torn or leaking grease.
