Default Open source MPG booster?

Hey everyone, this makes for some interesting reading. From what I understand, the "booster" is supposed to increase your MPG. It looks legit and it's all open source (free). I not a mechanic by any means but can anyone here verify this? I might just consider trying to put one in myself if it can boost my gas mileage dramatically. (Some people have claimed 25% increase).

It looks like one of those hydrogen generators like water 4 gas, I think that's what it's was called. Anyway I don't know if they work, but I'm not willing to slap that thing on my truck, maybe on an older car. I think some people have used the hydrogen generators on here or dodge talk, give it a search and see if that helps.

Haha! When we get bored sometimes, we call places like auto zone and ask if they have any flux capicators in stock.

As I understand it, this can work, but the issue is typically our engine computers are wiring to maintain a 14.7 ratio, so if they sense more O2, they add fuel to make it right... If you could alter your O2 sensor inputs, and had a wide-band, then you might be able to make this work...
As it is, with Conoco 85 octane (it's over 4500 feet up here!), I can now get 23mpg highway (65mph) with my power wire installed...

If it's a true HHO generator, they don't work out that well. There is a guy in 2nd gen that put one on his truck, and it didn't last. I think he claimed it did work though.

I read something about replacing the o2 sensors with spark plugs or somethin wierd like that to get the computer not to kick in more fuel but I definitly wouldn't do that while its under warranty at least.
