It is a great truck; it looks like an 06 or newer - what was available when the 2005 'first came out'? That's when I made my purchase. Maybe I just missed it? Actually now I sorta' wish I'd bought an 05' QC SRT10.
Guess I just like too many of them!

 

when i bought mine i had the chance at a 03 2500 QCLB TCD with 89k for 1500 more than the 04 Hemi, and the diesel was 4X4 but dont do enough hauling to justify it, but id have gotten it on second thought, but IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE HEMI IVE GOTTEN NOW!!!!

 

When I bought this truck I just moved to Hawaii and had a 4 door jeep wrangler. Then the dirt bikes came and I needed a truck. I planned to keep this truck 3 years which is how long my tour is in hawaii. I have always owned fords and figured I would try something different. I love this truck BUT my next one will be a Power Wagon with a 6 speed manual. It will be a 06-08 Power Wagon. They didnt make the 6 speed manual in 09 so unless I want to swap (which I dont) 08 is the last year for me. I think the 06-09 Dodge Rams are the best looking trucks on the planet. As for the engine, I LOVE THE HEMI! It makes decent power from idle to 3500 RPM's but after that it pulls! I shut up now.

i did do it all over again 5 times total. i love my ram and my last ram and the one before that etc... although that 09 ram i test drove was really nice, i got my current truck for a steal.

 

Heh I would have waited about 4-6 months and bought the same truck when the market on them dropped like crazy. Would have saved a good 5 grand at least I'd guess. My next truck will definitely be a 2500 CTD though, my uncle has one with the standard trans and a chip, and boy does that truck haul ***.

If I had waited a few more months I could have gotten a steal on an 08' white sport hemi . . . but as it stands I'm sitting here lovin the s*** outa my 4.7 ST ( ) but I'll love her till I have the chance to upgrade or stick with her and get an Avenger to compliment my future dodge collection.

i would have gone for a single cab hemi, black sport or laramie. single cabs are sooo much faster compared to the quads...and i love the color match theme. i would still trade for one if i had the chance..
