OK This thread is for Mahuna DodgeNitto and 08DodgeTRX, here are pics of my sound system that I had a custom box made for and the 2 12 inch subs aiming downwards! I replaced all the door speakers with all Diamond Audio the same size and the 12s and amps are Diamond Audio also. This system is AWESOME and loud as hell and the bass is amazing! I put the user names in my title cause Mahuna was wanting ideas on a system and the others I think wanted to see pics of it!

LOL, I was a little shocked when I saw my handle in the title. Your setup looks good, and that box looks huge. You did a good job with the carpet and the curved front on the box.

I started building my sub box this weekend, I'll try to post some pic's tonight, its not done yet so completed PICs will have to come later. I'm gonna have 12's under the backseat, pretty standard, I actually bought a foxbox but they are out of stock so I just went out and bought the crap to build a box b/c I was bored this weekend. Now I'm wishing I would a waited and saved myself the hassle.

Im not a stereo guru southern but your best bet for that would be to replicate an underseat box like 08 has and then build a seperat top plate with the plexi and neon.

If you want the center console box I would just put the plexi over area where the compartment is and leave the compartment out.

Not sure if that's any help.

Boxes are looking great guys. I'm going to attempt an underseat build soon when I learn more about fibreglassing. I'm all ears to learn if you guys wanna toss out some tips

Yeah, old post, I think I would like that sub box he had more if it was matched to the rest of the interior, otherwise it just looks kind of off to me... especially with the lid not matching at all.

I didnt want to lose the functionality of my center seat when I had mine done, so I got a box that was still a seat and sat only about an inch higher than the seat did and fit one 12, but I do like center console sub boxes much more than the under backseat boxes because I like to use my storage back there.
