then y dont u get ur super charged beast, and do it all in one shot? rather then go through this pita now, then go through it again with ur super charged monster...? makes more sense to do it once.. doesnt it? so live with what u got.. and just do one massive project.. least thats what i would do once i got my pennies counted.

You still need a stand alone system to control the ignition and transmissions shifting. The 4.7L never came with a distributor so there is no place to even put one.
Never seen a 4.7L intake for a carb. You can get the intake adapters from www.airram.com to install a Ford 4.6L intake. Sullivan intakes makes a carb intake for those.

so yeah i am getting sick of all this electrical crap under my hood...what would it cost to make the motor as it is right now and make it carburated like the old fashion trucks im use to the carbs from my racing so im just trying to figure out cost to transform the EFI to carb...and i cant find nothing about it...i have an 03 ram 1500 2WD 4.7L
Terrible idea. FI vehicels are much more reliable and require zero maintenance as far as adjustments. They are better on fuel and make more power. Besides, you'll never be able to sell it once your done. Most states require OBDII hook-up for emissions inspections.
